Alder wood halves drilled through holes in the wood are a pleasant home for solitary bees. The skeleton of the wooden insect tree consists of thicker larch boards that I burned with a torch. The filling material is reed and bamboo rushes, in which smaller insects like to stay.
The insect house, ala tree, can be hung loosely on strings. It also includes a hook for hanging on a tree or wall.
Place the tree-shaped insect house in a sunny spot near the flower beds.
